Meet Our Doctors
Daniel Griffin, MD
Dr. Daniel Griffin is a physician-scientist, board certified in internal medicine and infectious disease with decades of experience. He is an active clinician and internationally-invited speaker lecturing for multiple organizations, including the University of Glasgow, the Peace Corps, University of Minnesota, Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children, Floating Doctors, and Remote Care Education, as well as for other groups in Asia, the Caribbean, Central America, Africa, and India.
Dr. Griffin is also one of the co-hosts of the popular 5-star rated podcasts: This Week in Parasitism and This Week in Virology, and is always ready to listen to and advocate for his patients, even after others have found the diagnosis challenging or evasive.
Anuja Singh Lee, MD
Dr. Anuja Lee is Board Certified in Infectious Diseases.
She received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine.
Yera Patel, MD
Dr. Yera Patel is an infectious disease specialist double board certified in infectious diseases and internal medicine.
Dr. Patel completed her internal medicine residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and completed her infectious diseases fellowship at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
Sachi Shah, MD
Dr. Sachi Shah is an infectious disease specialist double board certified in infectious diseases and internal medicine. Dr. Shah completed her internal medicine residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed her infectious diseases fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center.
Dr. Shah has extensive training in immunosuppressive disorders including HIV and transplants, as well treating acute and chronic infections of all organ systems.
Geoffrey Casimir, MD
Dr. Geoffrey Casimir is an infectious disease specialist double board certified in infectious diseases and internal medicine.
He is a graduate of Rutgers University and Vanderbilt School of Medicine. He did his Internship at Northwell Health in Forest Hills and completed both his residency and fellowship at Ochsner Clinic Foundation. He has a special interest in antimicrobial stewardship and multidrug-resistant infections.
